Iolanda Rangel

Iolanda Rangel, a dancer of Angolan and Portuguese heritage, seamlessly blends her rich cultural background with a robust academic foundation.

Born in December 1989, Iolanda's love for traditional Angolan dances, Semba and Kizomba, was instilled by her mother and remains an integral part of her life.

Balancing an impressive academic portfolio with her dance career, Iolanda holds degrees in Criminal Psychology, Psychotherapy, Behavioral Analysis, and Business Administration.

With over a decade of teaching experience in prestigious dance studios and institutions in Portugal, she imparts not only dance skills but also a holistic experience that enhances self-confidence, elegance, and attitude in her students.

As a prolific choreographer, Iolanda contributes her creative talents to various dance projects, international competitions, and weddings. Her unique teaching methods remain grounded in the cultural origins of Kizomba, emphasizing expression and elegance.

Iolanda's expertise lies in Ginga, a characteristic of women's body movement incorporated in Kizomba and Semba. Passionately sharing this cultural treasure with her students, she allows them to appreciate the heritage of the dance.

Beyond the dance floor, Iolanda is the CEO of "I See You - Humanistic Integrative Lile Coaching," blending psychology and dance to help individuals reach their full potential.

An international dance teacher, Iolanda has travelled extensively across Europe, spreading the joy and authenticity of Kizomba dance. Her dedication to empowering women through dance has earned her recognition and a special place in the global dance community.

Iolanda is a pioneer, being the first Angolan woman to create an online Ginga course, "Natural Ginga," making this cultural gem accessible worldwide.

She is also among the first Angolan women to teach Ginga internationally, redirecting the search to its local origins, Angola.
